5. Children Under 15
We do not knowingly process data of children under 15 for information society services without parental consent. If we become aware that such data was collected without proper consent, we will delete it.

We share data only with processors providing services such as hosting/backup, email, invoicing/accounting and, if chosen, analytics or marketing. Where a provider is outside the EEA, we ensure lawful transfer (e.g. SCCs or the EU-US DPF) with appropriate safeguards.

We secure your data with TLS 1.3, encryption at rest, role-based access and regular security patches.
8. Your Rights
You may access, correct, erase or restrict your data, obtain a portable copy, object to processing, withdraw consent and request human review of automated decisions. Email us at info@sohomely.gr with your request and identification details. We respond within 1 month and may extend by up to 2 additional months when necessary, informing you within the first month.
9. How Long We Keep Your Data
Contact messages are stored for 12 months. Invoices and accounting records are kept for as long as required by tax law (at least ten years). Other data is deleted once the purpose of collection ends.

We maintain an archive of past versions and will update this policy before launching new features.
